Clay Madsen Recreation Center - Racquetball in Round Rock

How To Reserve A Racquetball Court At Clay Madsen Recreation Center

This is a quick walk through of the process to reserve a racquetball court at Clay Madsen Recreation Center when using a computer/laptop/large tablet.

This process is free for existing members of Clay Madsen.
(A day pass is $5 for non-members, so jump in any day and look for the Challenge Court which is always available as next up joins the winner/winners for the next game.)

Start here:
https://web2.myvscloud.com/wbwsc/txroundrockwt.wsc/login.html

Login with the credentials you created with your account, or you can create your account on that same page.

Hover your mouse over Search, then click on Racquetball Court.

Scroll down the locations list to find Clay Madsen Recreation Center and add a check to that box.

Change the date and set the time to at least 1 hour prior to your desired play time. Then click on Search.

Court C is next to the Challenge Court, Court A is closest to the pickleball courts outside.
Click on any of the Blue Times to select that as your reservation time. (Times in black text are already reserved by someone else.)

Then click on Add To Cart.

Choose Proceed to Checkout (if the date / time and court listed are all correct).

Verify that the name, email address, and phone number are correct, then click on Continue.
(Notice that there is no fee being charged, in spite of the wording on this page.)

Next you will see a confirmation page and you will receive an email with the proof of reservation.
When you get to the courts, your first initial and last name will show up on the TV that displays all of the reservations.
You will find this TV next to the Challenge Court.

Reminder: You can only make a reservation 2 days in advance thru this system.
