Please join the UT Racquetball Club in continuing the tradition of the Longhorn Open on January 13th and 14th!
This event is a fundraiser for the UT Racquetball Club to attend Intercollegiate Nationals for 2024!
Registration/Entry Fees
Please register as usual for your desired divisions through R2, there will be no payment, payment information is below:
Due to University guidelines, we are no longer able to take payment through R2, and instead are required to take payment through our internal systems, which requires the following steps:
1. Visit https://secure.rs.utexas.edu/store/
2. Click Sports Club Store
3. Scroll Down to UT Racquetball
4. Add either the One or Two Divisions to your cart and fill out the requested information
Please pay for the divisions you’ve entered in; we will be cross checking to ensure that divisions have been paid for and we will have to remove those who do not go through the above payment process.
Please contact the tournament director with any questions about the payment process, we apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to pay through R2.
The deadline for regular entries is January 5th, while the deadline for late entries with a $10 fee is January 10th.
We are offering a 50% discount for juniors and collegiate players.
Refunds will be accepted until January 11th.
Hospitality
We will be offering breakfast and lunch both days in our hospitality room to participating players or for a $10 fee for family/friends/visitors
Format and Officiating
Divisions start with pool play and end with playoff brackets to decide the winner. Games will be played to 11 with tiebreakers to 7. All matches will be self-refereed. The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions as needed.
