Due to the large number of entries, players in large skill divisions such as Men’s Open, Men’s Elite, Men’s A, Men’s B and Men’s C must be able to play Friday night as early as 5pm or as late as 10pm. Matches can be scheduled late Friday to accommodate players that have to travel from farther distances.

All players must have a current USAR/TXRA membership to play. To purchase/renew a membership online before entering, click here.

Ball: Pro Penn Purple

We will be paying referees $10 for each match.

A 3rd event is allowed, but must be a doubles.

Online entry is the preferred method for sign-up.

Please come out early on Friday to help us referee.

Update: We are in need of sponsors AND volunteers for the event. We need help at the tournament check-in desk on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to donate or sponsor the lunch or dinner, these can be seen on the Additional Items To Purchase screen when checking out. Or you can contact Howard Walker, call or text 682-365-3655.

TOURNAMENT SKILL LEVEL POLICY: If any player advances to the semifinals of two open skill divisions–Open, Elite, A, B, C, D–you will be forfeited from the lower skill division. This is to ensure fair and competitive play for all players in these open skill level divisions. Tournament directors reserve the right to combine or cancel any division due to insufficient entries. Directors may reclassify or refuse participant’s entry for any reason. No Top 25 ranked players may play.
